James Allen Family Park
James Allen is a pillar of the Commerce City community. This park is dedicated to him as a symbol of gratitude for his service in the air force and serving as a Commerce City council member for 20 years.

- Park hours are between sunrise and sunset daily
- No activities are permitted in the Park outside of Park hours, including overnight stays.
- Dogs and pets must always be on a leash and under the owner's control at all times.
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in designated receptacles.
- No use or display of marijuana or illegal drugs.
- No consumption of alcohol or smoking within any park area.
- No glass bottles or any glass containers are allowed within the park.
- All trash, litter, or refuse is to be placed in the provided trash receptacles. No dumping isallowed.
- The use of any fireworks and/or weapons, including firearms, B-B guns, pellet guns, bows,or slingshots, is strictly prohibited.
- Disturbing the peace, including the use of any type of sound amplification system, isprohibited.
- The conduct of any commercial activity or providing any service or activity for which a feeis charged is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Greyhound ParkCommunity Association, Inc...
- No overnight camping, tents, enclosures, or other unpermitted structures, such as aircastles, pools, or water slides are allowed in the Park.
- Motorized vehicles are allowed only on roads and in parking areas and not in Park areas.
- The use of any projectile or any remote-controlled surface or air vehicle or device isstrictly prohibited.
- Hazardous Activities – It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any activity on anyPark area which constitutes a hazard to the safety of self or other persons.
- Large gatherings of over 20 people are prohibited without the prior written consent ofGreyhound Park Community Association, Inc.
- It is prohibited to remove, damage, destroy, deface, or otherwise vandalize any parkproperty, structure, sign, tree, plant, or vegetation.
- Fire and coal grills are not allowed. Propane grills must be at least 12 inches off theground.
- No feeding or disturbing wildlife.
